After finishing high school and serving in the Australian Army Reserve, Chris went on to complete his diploma in Information Technology.

Combining his passion for the guitar with his newly acquired computer skills, he started his first site (GuitarTips)

Since then he has expanded things by re-branding to ELMORE MUSIC, hiring a team of highly skilled staff and creating further products to fulfill the needs of his clients.

His future plans are to expand further by developing courses to enable users to learn ANY instrument they want, including drums, bass, piano, saxophone and more... through the ELMORE MUSIC system which is built on one vision - setting unique standards!

Ling San Ngu
Accounts Manager

Flying from Malaysia to study Accounting in Australia, Ling San Ngu went on to finish her Masters Degree before completing the CPA (Certified Practicing Accounting) modules.

After topping her class, Ling San Ngu met Chris during the very early stage of the business and even assisted in the start up phase to help write the Guitar Tips course and proof read the content.

Today she is happily married to Chris and are building their dream home together. They fly back to Malaysia every year to visit her family in Malaysia and enjoy a well earned break.

Melissa Mazlin
Customer Relations

Melissa Mazlin joined Elmore Music during the early stages and since then has become a vital part of the business.

From managing the 700+ emails that come into our office every day to the countless phone calls and fax communications, Melissa is the central point of contact and an absolute asset to Elmore Music.

Since her time at Elmore Music, she has built up a reputation as the 'go to' girl and is even part of the key decision making process before anything goes ahead.

Going above and beyond the call of duty, Melissa is a truly outstanding person and dedicated team player.

Jordan Warford
Editorial Manager

After expressing his passion for music continuously in the early stages of Elmore Music, Jordan joined us as the Newsletter Editor, before becoming the Editorial Manager.

Responsible for writing 2 articles per month, Jordan poured all his music knowledge, skills and strength into each edition.

Filled with rich content, video, audio, songs and images, some of his articles have been known to reach up to 26 pages in length in a single edition!

He is a vital part of Elmore Music and is known for his positive approach to life and his warm friendly manner, even when things get quite busy around here.

Dario Patrono
Graphic Designer

Dario Patrono has an eye for design. After achieving the graphics award at the end of high school, his work is still displayed as an example for other students to follow in the design studio.

Dario joined Elmore Music in the early days and has been responsible for the look and feel of Elmore Music web sites, products, members areas, monthly promotional material and every other aspect requiring a design hand.

Also having a passion for music, he has a talent for playing both Bass guitar as well as electric and has even created his own site GuitarTipsForKids.com.au with the skills he has acquired at Elmore Music.

Dario is a vital part of the look and feel of Elmore Music and is making full use of his designing skills and passion on a daily basis.

Peter Elmore
Out Tasks

Since retiring as the Regional Chief Engineer of the famous Hotel Intercontinental Chain Worldwide, Peter Elmore (Chris Elmore's dad) enjoys his retirement in the Sunny Queensland.

Today he assists in the Out Tasks of Elmore Music and with the large amount of parcels to post (especially during promotions) he has managed to build up a reputation with the post office staff on a first name basis that enables him to skip the line and jump straight to the front desk immediately!

Shona Lynch
Copywriting Specialist

Shona Lynch has a way with words!

Responsible for nearly every piece of online sales copy, advert and email promotional you receive from us at Elmore Music... you can bet Shona has a hand in it!

She is a vital asset to The Elmore Organization (especially Elmore Music) and we would not be able to communicate our message across to our audience without her helping hand.

Ingrid Cliff
Strategic Business Advisor & Copywriter

Ingrid is the latest team member of The Elmore Organization and has key strengths in business planning, strategy as well as a flare for copy writing and advertising.

After a finishing a long career in Human Resources, Ingrid has a knack for dealing with people's needs and wants and knows how to position the right product to the right audience with the right advert ... and can back it up with compelling copy too.

Every new project taken on goes through Ingrid and she is a vital part to the long term growth of Elmore Music and the rest of the Elmore Organization.

Known for her quick turn around speed and fast thinking... Elmore Music works closely with Ingrid on a daily basis and considers her a very important team player and could not be able to manage without her.

James Etheridge
Guitar Forum Manager

James has many talents including managing his own recording studio, working closely with radio stations as well as running his own web hosting business.

James also manages the 'Guitar Tips Forum' for Elmore Music and also helps develop radio commercials for Elmore Music to broadcast in the USA station. James also has a love for the guitar and plays an active role in the forum by managing contests, giveaways and competitions for our forum subscribers.

P.J. Murphy
Guitar Backing Tracks Manager

P.J. Murphy has been online for many years and is best known for his web site GuitarSongs.info which has recently broken over 10 million visitors since it's starting phase.

P.J. helped with the creation, design and funding of Guitar Backing Tracks when it was first an idea, and since then assists Elmore Music with the daily running and managing of the site.

P.J. and Chris will be working together shortly to rebuild Guitar Backing Tracks to become even better with further backing tracks soon to be added.
